A little about me:
I grew up in Southern California, Montana, and upstate New York. I completed my undergraduate education at Concordia University in Irvine and earned my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I have been seeing adult clients at the Southern California Counseling Center in Los Angeles since 2011, doing couples and family therapy there since 2012 and treating children in the elementary school setting since 2015.
Whether you are feeling stressed out, burnt out, overwhelmed or defeated, I believe therapy has something to offer.
I enjoy meeting with individuals and couples who find themselves in places just like these. Sometimes life is so demanding, the noise so loud, slowing down enough to grow or heal feels impossible. In my experience, having a safe place to explore what’s going on can be very helpful!
Developing a sense of compassionate understanding toward yourself can help life to make more sense. New opportunities and more fulfilling alternatives tend to emerge.
I would consider it a privilege to walk alongside you on this journey toward greater freedom.
I look forward to hearing from you!
